We are working in close collaboration with our partners Qdos Contractor, UK’s largest provider of specialist contractor insurances, and the leading authority on IR35 status, for both limited company contractors and businesses which engage them under the off-payroll rules. We have gained an in-depth understanding of the off-payroll legislation and have developed several tailored IR35 solutions for our clients.
OUTSIDE IR35 ENGAGEMENT MODEL
beePro provide a solution that manages the entire IR35 process, from status assessment to process consultation, so you can confidently and compliantly maintain your flexible workforce outside IR35, all of which we can provide at no cost.
Furthermore, our service engagement model includes cover under Qdos’s IR35 insurance policy, that protects the whole supply chain (Policy Holder, End Client, or Other Contracting Party). The policy will cover £100,000 of professional fees in respect of any one enquiry, including £100,000 per PSC in respect of taxes, interest and penalties combined, following the conclusion of a Status (IR35) enquiry.

INSIDE IR35 ENGAGEMENT MODEL
We work closely with any contractors assessed to be inside IR35 (or where clients have banned PSCs from the supply chain and operate a blanket inside policy) and ensure they are properly informed about their situation; that they understand why their engagement has been deemed within IR35 and provide them with assistance in finding a fully compliant solution where they are properly taxed at source, and the client would be fully protected from any future tax liabilities.

Using this solution, you continue to benefit from being able to access the best resources available in the market and at a lower cost than on an inside IR35 basis.
